Pilates with Majka

Heard about Pilates but not sure what it is all about? Tried it before but didn’t quite understand what to do? In a series of short videos Majka will introduce you to the basics of Pilates and some simple starter exercises.

Majka is one of our Physiotherapists and a Pilates Instructor. In this initial video she goes through the “5 Key elements” of starting any Pilates based exercise, and then demonstrates some level 1 beginner exercises for the abdominals.
