Sports Injuries: A Journey from Pain to Performance

Injuries can trouble anyone from professional athletes to those of us just wanting to do a Parkrun on a Saturday, the occasional hill walk or play with the kids. Here at Physioflex, our team has a vast array of experience of both participating in and treating sport related injuries. This extensive expertise can allow us to accurately diagnose and treat your specific injury allowing you to get back to training, play and performance as quickly as possible. We can also guide you on the activities to do to allow you to train safely around an existing injury.

We are lucky enough to have access to a vast array of gym equipment at all of our locations to help enhance your recovery. Click here to see the gym and spaces available

We see rehabilitation as a journey: an opportunity for you to become even stronger/faster/more skilled by the end of the process.

Next page will discuss what we can offer to manage your Sporting Injury, and how your journey may look.

We can’t guarantee full recovery for all problems as this is just not possible for chronic conditions. Our job, in that situation, is to help you to understand and manage your condition to maximise your function, recovery and pain management.
What we do care about is the way we treat you.
We care about you and the service we provide you.
If you are NOT happy with our service or approach then please let us know. We would love the opportunity to immediately rectify it. We all make mistakes but we believe in making as few as possible, and when we do, we look to make things right.

At any point if you are still unhappy with our service we will immediately refund your treatment fee.
