Runners Strength Training

❓Are you looking for ways to improve your running?
❓Do you often get niggles during or after a run?

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈIf you are a runner, increasing your muscle and tendon strength, particularly in the legs, is essential as this can improve your performance and decrease your risk of injury. However, strength training often gets left out of a runner’s training plan.
An appropriate strength training plan performed 2x weekly can help to reduce the risk of overuse injuries by 50%❗

βœ…Β Try them as a circuit. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps per exercise.
πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈIf you can do 10 easily, then add resistance using weights or household items

⚠️These exercises may not be suitable for some.
